Building an Online Business Brand

If you really want to see your business thrive, it needs an identifiable brand. When you have the foundations of your business, and you’re happy with your logo, colours, the message you want to give out, creating a brand becomes easier. So it’s important to know exactly what you want customers to get out of your business.

The main reason for this is because brands have to be consistent, so it getting it right first time will save you a lot of time and potentially money. Below are some tips for creating a good online brand, focusing on the aspects which must be considered.

  • The website should draw similar aspects from your logo and your company name/typography. Colour schemes are essential too, and testing various shades and getting feedback at an early stage is important.
  • Get a blog to engage with customers and make sure it is integrated with your social media accounts and your website. Then commit yourself to producing regular engaging content. Websites, blogs and social media accounts should never be left to turn stale.
  • Everything you produce should have your own stamp, so people know straightaway that it was produced by you for them. Emails, press releases, and newsletter should all have your own stamp.

Creating a brand takes time, so don’t make any rushed decisions because you may find they’ll soon backfire.
